I just checked again. If you go the Dave Annis links and copy and paste one, you come to a page with a live link but telling you "the site may not exist". Just click the link to find out and you'll see that the site really does exist cos you get to the download page of Rapidshare. Doh!

The link I gave goes to a page of Rapidshare files for Dave Annis. Before I posted it I checked the links were still alive and they were. If they are dead now then there's nothing to be done. Strange though, that they got taken out after being there so long. Try them all again to be sure. If dead, I'm sorry. I didn't post them.

After, you can use "options" to change them to something easier to remember. And I was warned not to upload image samples to Rapidshare, so I use a separate image hoster. Thought I should pass that along.
